A 35-year-old man from Thurmont, Maryland, identified as Ryan Robert Thomas, was arrested for allegedly robbing another individual at a Sheetz convenience store in Charles Town. Following his not guilty plea to a charge of second-degree robbery in Jefferson County Magistrate Court on October 31, he was released after posting a $35,000 bail bond. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for today, based on information from a criminal complaint filed by the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office. This report is published by The Spirit of Jefferson.
