The Shepherdstown Town Council unanimously supported the Rotary Club of Shepherdstown's initiative to install a unique 'Almost Heaven' swing at the James Rumsey Monument Park, complemented by a giant West Virginia selfie sign. This project aims to enhance the scenic charm of the area, particularly its view of the Potomac River, while contributing to the state's visibility on social media.
