Harpers Ferry Man Faces Charges of Sexual Abuse Against Daughter

Harpers Ferry man accused of sexually abusing daughter

A Harpers Ferry man is accused of sexually abusing his daughter since she was in the first grade. He pleaded not guilty to a felony charge of sexual abuse by a parent, guardian, or custodian in Jefferson County Magistrate Court and is currently held on a $50,000 bond pending a preliminary hearing on October 17, as reported by The Spirit of Jefferson.
