On November 20, The Shepherdstown Chronicle reported on the Friendsgiving Intergenerational Trivia held at Shepherd University, which aimed to connect students from Generation Z with community members from Generation X and the Baby Boom. This second trivia night, following a successful inaugural event, was inspired by Shepherd's recent membership in the Age-Friendly University Global Network. Organizers emphasized the importance of building relationships across generations while reflecting on their shared knowledge and experiences. Participants enjoyed a light dinner and collaborated in teams, fostering meaningful connections that highlight the value of intergenerational interaction.
