In-person early voting commenced in West Virginia on Wednesday, with encouraging turnout reported from the Eastern Panhandle, according to The Panhandle News Network. Secretary of State Mac Warner emphasized the importance of participating in the electoral process, advocating for various voting methods. In Berkeley County, 2,563 individuals voted, while Jefferson County saw 925 and Morgan County reported 450 voters on the first day.
