In a stabbing incident reported by The Panhandle News Network, a man was seriously injured while another, Juan Luis Garcia Aviles, was arrested in Charles Town, West Virginia on December 1st. The police responded to a 9-1-1 call where they discovered Aviles covered in blood and another man with multiple stab wounds lying on the road. After first aid was administered, the injured man was flown to an out-of-state trauma center. Aviles faces charges including attempted 2nd degree murder and is currently held on a $100,000 bond, with potential for additional charges as the investigation continues.
