Charles Town man strikes parked Jeep, arrested for 3rd DUI

A 32-year-old Charles Town man, Darol Christian Ferrufino, has been charged with felony driving under the influence after crashing his pickup into an unoccupied parked Jeep on September 22 in the Norborne Glebe neighborhood. He pleaded not guilty to a felony count of DUI-third subsequent offense, as well as misdemeanor charges of driving too fast for conditions and driving while his license was suspended or revoked due to DUI. Ferrufino was released on a $5,000 personal recognizance bond and has a preliminary hearing scheduled for October 10 in Jefferson County Magistrate Court.
